Internships, Graduation Projects, and More
Are you a student in the Netherlands with a passion for power electronics and DC technology? DC Lab offers a variety of opportunities for you to gain hands-on experience and contribute to cutting-edge research. We have opportunities for internships, graduation projects, and other projects for students at all levels (MBO, HBO, WO).
Our research covers all aspects of the application of power electronics in DC grids. We design and build power converters, develop control methods, and test various applications. We are always looking for talented students to join our team and help us with our projects.
Current Opportunities
- MBO Internship: Motor Controller - Assist in the development and testing of motor controllers for various applications.
- Graduation Project: Arc Fault Detection - Develop a detection algorithm for arc faults in solar applications (DC-Grids).
- PROK DC Project: Living DC-LAB - Implement Smart DC Grid Techniques in a Student Environment.
- PROK DC Project: PC Oscilloscope - Develop a low-cost USB oscilloscope for use in practical assignments.
- PROK DC Project: SELV EV Motor Driver - Design a Safe Extra Low Voltage (SELV) motor driver for electric vehicles.
We are also looking for students with an affinity for the Internet of Things (IoT) and programming to help us make our designs smarter.
